Apple Cider Endurance Fuel Panckaes

These Apple Cider Endurance Fuel Pancakes bring warmth and energy to your table (or campsite!) amidst the chill of the UK winter. This recipe blends the tangy sweetness of apple cider with the fuel your body needs for the long road ahead. Whether you're savouring a post-run stack by the fire or fuelling up for snowy adventures ahead, these pancakes are the perfect companion for any season of movement and exploration.

 

Recipe is below: 

150g pancake mix

80ml cup water 

1 packet of Apple Cider Endurance Fuel 

Cinnamon 

 

Topping: 

1 apple chopped

Butter 

Cinnamon 

 

Instructions: 

  1. Scoop the pancake mix into a bowl. Add cinnamon.
  2. Combine tailwind and water. Add to bowl
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Pour the batter onto a preheated, medium-high pan
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip
  6. For topping: add butter to pan. Once melted, add chopped apples and cinnamon on medium heat until everything is combined (1 min), turn to low and let simmer for another minute or two then add to pancakes
