He was unlucky in the CC ballot this year but can console himself with an impending move to Bentonville, Arkansas. We look forward to seeing what his year brings!
A real lover of adventure and mountains, Pete runs for both Heaton Harriers and Northumberland Fell Runners. This year he is looking to take on his first 100 mile race as well as the stunning Lavaredo Ultra Trail.
What started off as a little paddle around the local lakes 5 years ago soon turned into a thirst for adventure and racing. Last year saw Sara compete in the world championships in Thailand and end the year ranked in the top 10 females in the UK.

Triathlete, cyclists, runner and connoisseur of cakes. From somewhere in the darkest depths of YORKSHIRE, Mel has taken a little break from the Triathlon scene in recent years but has taken the ultra scene by the scruff of the neck (as any proper Yorkshire person would) and last year took the win at the Spine Challenger summer edition.
This year she is tackling the Lakeland 100 and a few other local races to boot!
Marathon loving David Yim, or Yimmy to his friends, started his running journey with the couch to 5km in 2013 and has since ran all 6 marathon world majors. This year will see him run 12 marathons in 12 months!
